Together we will determine the phrasing in the Development e-Assessment. Which competences should be part of the test? Should we look into management potential or potential future job developments? The report provides insight into a person’s learning style and how their most important competences can be developed further. This gives an impulse to both the candidate’s career as well as the organisation.
